Malteco Seleccion Rum 1986 is a premium rum, recognized for its exceptional quality and taste. Although it has roots in Guatemala, it is produced in Panama by Varela Hermanos Bodegas de America SA, which has been Panama's leading rum producer since 1936. The rum is distilled using column stills and matured in 220 liter used bourbon barrels made of white American oak, giving it a refined and light character.

The rum is created from fermented sugar cane juice, which is distilled and aged in oak barrels for several years. It presents a deep amber color and a complex aroma profile with hints of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and spices. The taste is rich and harmonious with a pleasant sweetness and delicate notes of spices and dried fruit. Malteco Seleccion Rum 1986 has a velvety texture and a warm, persistent aftertaste.

It should be enjoyed neat and will delight both experienced rum enthusiasts and beginners with its excellent quality and taste. The bottle capacity is 70 cl.
