Discover the structured and intense De Trafford Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 from Stellenbosch. This vintage is characterized by a deep flavor and fresh acidity, due to the cooler temperatures during the harvest. The wine is naturally fermented, has a low sulfur content, and it was matured for 22 months in French oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered.
Aroma and taste: The wine presents a medium deep red color with aromas of bright red berries and spices. The taste is elegant and well-structured with notes of red berries, spices and nuts, and it ends with a long, dry finish. Ideal for serving with meat dishes at 15-17 degrees.
