Experience this Cabernet Sauvignon with its deep ruby ​​red hue and an aroma that offers notes of blackcurrant, violets, cedar and mint. The taste is full-bodied and well-structured with hints of plum, mocha and chocolate. The long finish reveals vanilla, wood and finely integrated tannins. This wine is an excellent choice for dishes with duck, lamb, veal or various stews.

The wine is made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon (86%) grapes carefully selected from Stellenbosch, including the Jonkershoek Valley and the slopes of the Helderberg. The unique soil, consisting of crumbling granite and sandstone, gives the wine a distinctive mineral style. The grapes are typically harvested from late February to mid-March.

After harvest, the wine is fermented in steel tanks and undergoes an additional maceration after alcoholic fermentation before being pressed. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, and finished with a classic fining and light filtration before bottling.
