De Trafford Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

De Trafford Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a wine with rich structure and intensity, which has been part of the De Trafford range since 1992. This vintage is distinguished by excellent depth of flavour and acidity, due to the cooler temperatures during the harvest period. The wine is naturally fermented, uses minimal sulphur, aged for 22 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfiltered.

Smell & Taste
The wine presents a medium deep, youthful red color with aromas of bright red berries and subtle spices. The palate is elegant and well-structured with notes of red berries, spices and nuts, and it finishes with a long, dry aftertaste. It is ideal to serve at 15-17 degrees, especially with meat dishes.
