Drawing on experience from Chateau Margaux, David Finlayson has created a wine in a softer Bordeaux style that is ready to be enjoyed at a younger age. This wine is a harmonious blend of grapes from Stellenbosch and Paarl: juicy Cabernet Sauvignon, full-bodied Merlot, fruity Cabernet Franc and mineral Petit Verdot. It is perfect for dishes such as lamb shank, steak with hollandaise, Biryani and vegetable curry. Ideal for cozy moments by the fire or under a beautiful sunset.
Producer's notes: The grapes are picked and sorted with great care. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks over a period of approximately three weeks, with a maceration time of 10 days. The wine is aged for 14 months in 95% French and 5% American oak barrels. It is also suitable for vegans.
