Corte Canella Valpolicella Superiore 2017 is an exquisite wine made from the Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. It presents itself with a deep ruby ​​red hue and a fine aroma of dark cherries and wild berries, complemented by subtle vanilla notes from 24 months of barrel aging. The taste is silky, full-bodied and fruity, with a persistent aftertaste and a well-balanced acidity. It is ideal to serve at 16-18° with beef dishes, mature cheeses or as a wine for social occasions. For the best taste experience, it is recommended to decant or let the wine air for 1-2 hours.
