Chateauneuf du Pape Privilege Organic Château Maucoil 2018 is an organic wine made from grapes from vines that are 70 years old. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. The wine is fermented in open vats and aged for 12-18 months in French oak barrels.

The wine presents itself with a deep, purplish red color and a complex aroma of ripe fruits, spices and coffee. The palate is well-balanced with fruity notes, a dark animal character and spicy undertones. It finishes with a minerality and crisp fruit nuances.

Ideal with grilled dishes of game, beef, lamb or pork, as well as mature red cheeses. Should be served at a temperature of 17-18°C.
