Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a famous wine from California, created by Chuck Wagner and his family since 1972. This wine presents a deep purple hue and an aromatic profile with notes of crème de cassis, violets, chocolate, lilacs, anise and cardamom. The palate is rich with dark fruits, chocolate, tobacco, mocha, leather, cigar box, vanilla and licorice, ending with a warm and spicy finish.

Caymus Vineyards was established in 1972 in Napa Valley by Chuck Wagner and his parents. The family has been farming the land in Napa Valley since 1857 and is particularly known for their Cabernet Sauvignon, including the acclaimed Caymus Special Selection, which has twice been named Wine Spectator Wine of the Year. The Wagner family also produces other quality wines such as Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

Chuck Wagner and his children continue to run the family wine tradition with great success. Son Joe is responsible for brands such as Belle Glos, BÖEN, Elouan and Tuli, while Charlie and Jenny also play active roles in the family business.
