Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2017 from Caparzo is created from Brunello grapes sourced from several of the estate's vineyards: Caparzo, La Caduta, Il Cassero and San Piero-Caselle. The wine undergoes a traditional fermentation process and is aged for 3 years in both Slavonian and French oak barrels, followed by 4 months of bottle aging.

The wine presents a garnet red hue with a hint of orange. The aroma is intense and offers notes of sun-ripened berries, wild fruits and bitter chocolate. The taste is full-bodied, dry and characterized by soft tannins.

Brunello di Montalcino from Caparzo is an excellent choice for dishes with beef, lamb, game and strong cheeses.
