Binigrau Obac 2018 is an exquisite wine from Mallorca, made from the grape varieties Manto Negro, Callet, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are grown with a focus on sustainability and biodynamics on a soil characterized by stones. After the harvest, the wine matures for 14 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a refined flavor profile with nuances of spices, dark berries, licorice, fennel and dried fruit. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 150-200 meters above sea level and consist of limestone and sandy soil, which is cultivated organically to ensure the best quality.
