Atlan & Artisan is a wine project that focuses on creating unique wines by selecting the finest grapes from specific regions. The winegrowers care for the grapes with great care, and only the most exquisite grapes are selected. Behind this concept are Sebastian Keller and Phillipe Bramaz, who produce wines with a strong connection to their origin. The grapes are picked by hand, fermented in open vats and matured in oak barrels.

Epistem wines come from organically certified vineyards in Jumilla, located 850 meters above sea level. Espernalas "Clos" is a historic vineyard of over 90 hectares, planted primarily with Monastrell Pie Franco and some older Bobal. Panduro is a north-facing vineyard that produces fresh and silky wines. These wines reflect their terroir with minimal intervention.

Inspired by epistemology, the wines are a result of logical thinking and sensory experiences, where analytical thinking is applied to the expressions of nature.
