This wine comes from Corbières, a classic area of ​​Languedoc at the foot of the Montagne Noire, where grapes from different plots provide complexity and balance. The "A Tire d'Aile" series ("With a fluttering wing") reflects a desire to respect nature and the wildlife surrounding the vineyards, which characterizes both the etiquette and the approach.

Fragrance and flavor notes

In the glass you are greeted by a deep dark ruby ​​red colour. The aroma offers ripe cherries and blackcurrants combined with violets and warm spices. There is also a touch of toasted oak that adds character and depth.
