Wine description

Abbé Rous Talaos 2019 presents itself with a deep, dark red color and an intense aroma of ripe blackberries, black cherries and dried herbs . Behind the fruit are hints of licorice, black pepper and a touch of toasted bread , which gives the wine an elegant complexity.

The palate is round, powerful and well-balanced , with a nice structure and ripe tannins. The fruit is dark and concentrated, but at the same time fresh and lively thanks to the area's mineral-rich soil and the cool nights that preserve the acidity in the grapes. The finish is long, full-bodied and spicy with notes of chocolate and Provencal herbs .
