Louis Bouillot introduces Veuve d'Argent Brut, a Blanc de Blanc created from the Airen, Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Durello, Macabeu and Chardonnay grape varieties originating from the South of France and Burgundy. The grapes are carefully selected to ensure the best harmony. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method and is aged for three months after disgorging. Veuve d'Argent Blanc de Blanc Brut presents a light golden hue with persistent bubbles. The aroma reveals fresh notes of white peaches and apples. The taste is clean with mineral undertones, a pleasant fruitiness and acidity. The finish is well-balanced and intense. With a residual sugar content of 10g/l, the wine appears dry and elegant.
