Son Prim REM 2018 is a unique and powerful wine from Mallorca, ideal for serving with meat dishes. Only 600 bottles have been produced and we have a limited stock. This wine from a single vineyard consists of 85% Merlot and 15% Syrah, matured for 24 months in French oak barrels and bottled in April 2021. It presents a deep, dark garnet red color and offers aromas of ripe red fruits, smoke and licorice. The wine has a persistent aftertaste and is perfect for long-term storage. For the best experience, it is served at 15-17 degrees after being decanted for 5-6 hours. A tasting experience that will be remembered.
