The 2016 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby ​​red in color and offers aromas of cassis, ripe raspberries, toasted coconut and shiitake mushrooms. The wine has a full-bodied taste, a solid structure and a persistent finish. The flavor profile includes fresh cherries, floral notes and a hint of black pepper. The tannins in the wine allow it to develop beautifully until 2040.

The wine is composed of 78.9% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 3.5% Cabernet Franc, 2.3% Petit Verdot and 0.3% Malbec. It was matured for 24 months in American oak barrels, 84% of which were new, adding nuances of bay leaf, coconut and vanilla. It is ready to drink now, but has the potential to develop until 2040.
