Discover one of the most iconic wines from Spain: Vega-Sicilia Unico. This wine is famous for its special blend of tradition and innovation. Vega-Sicilia has 1,000 hectares of land, of which 210 hectares are planted with vines, mainly Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Unico is produced from 35-year-old vines that are grown organically. The grapes are harvested manually and fermented in stainless steel without the use of foreign yeast strains. The wine is aged in both small French and American barrels as well as large old barrels, creating a complex flavor profile.

Unico is a full-bodied and elegant wine with notes of vanilla, coconut, chocolate, licorice, cedar, fresh pipe tobacco, cherries, mirabelle plums and blueberries. It rewards patience and can be enjoyed after further aging or careful decanting.
