Established in 1715, Quinta do Noval is now owned by French insurance company AXA. This winery, located in the beautiful Douro Valley, is famous for its iconic Quinta do Noval Nacional. With an area of ​​145 hectares, of which 80 hectares are dedicated to vineyards, they combine modern winemaking techniques with traditional methods such as foot pressing.

Colheita Port is made from the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Roriz grape varieties grown in Quinta do Noval's vineyards in Pinhão. The 2000 vintage presents an intense and complex aroma of dried fruit and spices, as well as a rich and full-bodied taste with elegant notes of spices and ripe fruit.
