This semi-dry Amontillado-type sherry is made from Palomino grapes. It has been matured for 8 years under a unique yeast culture (flor) to prevent oxidation, followed by a further 6-7 years of aging in American oak barrels without flor, resulting in a long oxidation process. The sherry presents itself with a light, amber-gold hue and an intense aroma with hints of salt and roasted nuts. The taste is complex and well-structured, with a fresh and harmonious finish.
