O'Neill's Single Malt Sherry Cask Finish is an Irish whiskey with an elegant and full-bodied character, where the classic fruity and smooth style of Irish single malt gets a boost from a rich and vinous sweetness from sherry casks .

Flavor profile:

Aroma: Dried fruit, raisins, walnuts and dark chocolate, along with notes of vanilla and a touch of oak.

Taste: Velvety and complex, with notes of prunes, caramel, figs and spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

Aftertaste: Long and rounded with balanced sweetness and a slightly vinous and spicy finish.

Manufacturing:

Distilled in Ireland from 100% malted barley .

Aged in traditional bourbon barrels , after which it is matured in sherry barrels (typically Oloroso), which gives depth and fullness.

Not cold filtered to preserve as many natural aromas as possible.
