O'Neill's Port Cask Finish is an Irish single malt whiskey that combines the classic Irish elegance with the depth and sweetness of port casks . The result is a harmonious and flavorful whiskey with rich fruit tones and a soft finish.

Flavor profile:

Aroma: Dark berries, plums, vanilla and a hint of chocolate and spices.

Taste: Round and full-bodied with notes of ripe cherries, figs, dried fruit and a little spicy oak.

Aftertaste: Long and smooth with sweet fruit, caramel and a slightly vinous dryness from the port wine cask.

Manufacturing:

Distilled from 100% malted barley in Ireland.

First aged in traditional ex-bourbon barrels , then matured in port barrels , which adds extra complexity and depth.

Typically not chill-filtered , which preserves the natural character and oils in the whiskey.
