"Not Just Another Zinfandel" is a Californian wine that consists of 76% Zinfandel and 24% other grape varieties. The wine is fermented in steel tanks, where some undergoes malolactic fermentation with American oak chips, while the rest is matured in steel tanks. After blending, the wine is transported to Denmark for bottling. It presents a ruby ​​red color, an aroma of ripe red berries and a slightly spicy character. The taste is juicy with Zinfandel's characteristic charm and a touch of exoticism, finished with good tannin and structure. Ideal for buffets, poultry, pork, lamb, pizza or pasta dishes.
