Neil Ellis Jonkershoek Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the estate’s signature wines and is considered one of the finest red wines in Stellenbosch. The wine has a unique style that captures the essence of the Jonkershoek Valley, balancing elegance with strength. The aroma is subtle with deep, complex notes of blueberry and blackberry, a fresh taste and finishes with fine, soft tannins.
