Experience world-class white wine from Burgundy! Beaune, known as the wine trading capital of Burgundy, is famous for the annual Hospices de Beaune wine auction. The area is divided into two terroirs, with Premier Cru vineyards such as Champs Pimont being among the most renowned. The winery carefully processes the grapes in temperature-controlled tanks and briefly ages them in oak barrels.

The wine presents a brilliant golden color with a hint of green and entices with aromas of almond, dried fruit and white flowers. The taste is fresh and tart with hints of candied lemon, while the aftertaste offers subtle notes of honey and cinnamon. Over time, the wine can develop a silky texture and an aroma of hazelnuts.

Serve this wine at 12-14 degrees with creamy dishes, sushi, truffle-based dishes or cheese. It is also ideal for brunch with poached eggs.
