Mad Owl Gin from Thornæs Destilleri is a tribute to the owl that once lived in the distillery's buildings. This London Dry Gin is a harmonious blend of juniper, coriander and angelica root, with a hint of thyme and sage for a distinct taste experience.

It is ideal for both traditional Gin & Tonic and creative cocktails. Thornæs Distillery, established in 2018, uses Danish ingredients combined with international expertise to produce high-quality gin. All their gin is produced in their own copper stills in Kagerup, North Zealand, using organic grain spirit.
