Lindbergh Apple Brandy 38% vol. – 500 ml.

TASTING NOTES // Golden apple brandy with an intense taste & aroma of ripe apples. It is golden & warm with a good balance between the sweetness & acidity of the apple. A full-bodied taste from the aging in whiskey barrels, with hints of caramel & vanilla. Drink as an aperitif before food, as a digestive after food or as an avec with coffee.

CRYOCENTRATED // The freshly harvested apples are pressed into must, after which the must is frozen. The must is then dried outdoors at sub-zero temperatures, where the frost binds the water and only the thick concentrated apple syrup drips off. The syrup, which is full of sugar, acid and aroma, is added to brandy & aged in barrels.

KELVIN COOPERAGE // We use American oak barrels from Louisville, Kentucky. They have been used for Bourbon, then shipped across the Atlantic to the West Coast & Stauning Whiskey, and finally landed in North Jutland, where they are filled with apple brandy.

LINDBERG // Charles Augustus Lindberg was an unknown American mail flyer who became the first pilot ever to cross the Atlantic Ocean in 1927. He flew nonstop from New York to Paris, a flight of 5,790 kilometers.
