This alcohol-free alternative is made from organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southeastern France. The grapes are gently destemmed and crushed, then subjected to a warm maceration to maximize color and tannin extraction. The must is then aged cool in French oak barrels to develop greater aromatic complexity.

The drink presents itself with a deep ruby ​​red hue and offers aromas of ripe berries, dark cherries, blackcurrants, vanilla and cloves. The taste is rich in fruit with a crisp structure and subtle spicy notes such as white pepper. The finish is both complex and long-lasting.
