The Sorrows of Noemi Tisbe 2013
Discover the exquisite Le Guaite di Noemi Tisbe 2013, a wine from the Valpolicella area made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are carefully picked at the end of October and undergo a three-month drying process before fermentation begins in January. The wine is then aged for 36 months in new French oak barrels and another year in bottle.
The wine presents a clear color and a complex aroma, offering notes of ripe cherry, carob and forest floor. The palate is fresh with vegetal undertones and full-bodied tannins that reveal a long strawberry aftertaste. It is ideal to accompany red meat, game or as a wine for contemplation.
For the best experience, serve the wine at 16-18 degrees in spacious glasses and let it air for 3-4 hours before serving. With an alcohol percentage of 17%, it is ready to be enjoyed now, but can also be stored for 10-12 years for further maturation.
