The wine comes from clay and limestone soils covered with gravel and stones. The vines, which are 20 years old, yield 45 hectoliters per hectare. It has a beautiful color reminiscent of strawberries. The aroma develops quickly with notes of raspberry, lemon and peony. The ideal serving temperature is between 12 and 13 degrees Celsius. The wine is grown organically with Guyot or Lépine pruning, and there is natural grass cover between the rows. The grapes are carefully selected during the harvest and the wine is traditionally made at low temperatures. The rosé is produced through direct pressing and stabilization on the lees. It is aged for 4 to 6 months in tanks before being bottled.
