The wine presents itself with an elegant, light golden hue. The aroma is intense and full of character, with hints of fresh almonds, dried flowers, candied lemon and chestnuts. The taste is creamy, full-bodied and seductive, with a final note of cypress wood. This chardonnay is a sumptuous wine with inspiration from the Mediterranean. The soil consists of clay and limestone, with a substrate of gravel and pebbles. The vines are between 15 and 20 years old, and the yield is 45 hectoliters per hectare. The wine is grown organically with Guyot or Lépine pruning and natural grass between the rows. The grapes are carefully sorted at harvest.

The vinification follows traditional methods with fermentation in tanks. The wine is aged on the lees for 3-4 months with agitation in the tank. To add depth and complexity, 5% of the wine is fermented in oak barrels.
