Kopke Colheita 1975 - Soft and Creamy

Experience a fantastic vintage tawny that is both creamy and velvety with a mature character. This port has matured for 45 years in old barrels before being bottled in 2020. The result is a highly complex and elegant taste experience with notes of dried fruits, lemon peel, bitter orange, nuts, smoke and a fresh acidity. It is perfectly balanced and ready to be enjoyed, especially with well-aged cow's milk cheese, pickled prunes or raisins and buttered toast. Recommended served in a spacious white wine glass at a temperature of 13-18°.
