Juan Gil Blue Label 2019 is a fine Spanish wine produced in limited quantities. It is composed of 60% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah, harvested from vines up to 70 years old. The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a long maceration process, followed by 18 months of aging in American and French oak barrels, resulting in a wine with a deep flavor and complex nuances.

The wine presents itself with a deep purple color and offers intense aromas of black berries, spices, licorice, vanilla and balsamic. The taste is rich in intense fruit, with notes of cask, a nice structure and clear tannins and acidity. The aftertaste is long and persistent.

Serve the wine at a temperature of 16-18° degrees. It is an excellent choice for quality meats, game dishes and mature cheeses. The wine can be enjoyed now after a few hours of oxygenation, but will also develop positively over the next 5-10 years.
