The scent

The 2022 vintage presents a fresh and precise aroma with notes of lemon peel, white flowers, green pears and a distinct mineral character, typical of vineyards on volcanic soil. There are also subtle scents of herbs and crushed shells.

The taste

The wine has a crisp, lively and well-balanced mouthfeel with nice acidity. Tasting notes include citrus, salted peaches, wet stones and a slightly bitter almondy finish. It has good structure and depth, but retains its elegance and finesse.

Aftertaste

The aftertaste is long and clean with persistent minerality and a slightly salty finish, making it very suitable for food.
