Carlo Ferrini, an iconic winemaker, has achieved more 100-point wines than anyone else in Italy. He created many of these masterpieces for other wineries until he acquired a small, unique piece of land and named it Giodo, in homage to his parents, Giovanna and Donatello. Giodo Brunello presents an enchanting aroma of red berries such as raspberries and currants, complemented by floral notes of hibiscus and elderflower. When the wine is allowed to develop in the glass, it reveals complex nuances of forest floor, wild berries and fresh herbs. The palate is rich in fruit with subtle almond and cedar notes from the barrel aging. The persistent finish is carried by silky tannins, creating an unforgettable wine experience. Enjoy it now or store it for more than 20 years from the vintage.
