Georges Joillot – Beaune Vieilles Vignes 2021 is a classic red Burgundy that expresses both the elegance and depth of old Pinot Noir vines in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. The old vines produce a lower yield, but with greater concentration, complexity and finesse in the grapes – something that is clearly reflected in this wine.
