Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cailloux is a fine wine made from grapes from vines over 60 years old. The grapes, which consist of Grenache (70%), Mourvèdre (17%), Syrah (10%), and Cinsault (3%), are fermented separately. The Syrah grapes are aged in wooden barrels, while the other grapes mature in concrete tanks for 18 months. The wine is blended for six months before bottling, and the process is completed without filtration.

The wine presents a deep ruby ​​red color. The aroma is characterized by red berries and woody notes. The taste is rich in cherries, raspberries, plums, forest floor, leather and licorice, which provides a harmonious balance between power and elegance.

It is ideal for dishes with game, grilled beef, duck in dark sauce, or as an accompaniment to desserts with chocolate or nuts.
