Domaine de Fabregues' top wine is a powerful red wine, consisting of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah. The grapes are carefully handpicked from the best plots at Fabregues. The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barrels.

The wine presents a deep garnet red color and offers aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, cocoa, pepper, smoke and herbs. The taste is full and rich with ripe tannins and a firm acidity. You will also be able to sense notes of truffles, balsamic and vanilla. The wine is well balanced with a freshness and finesse that leads to a long and soft aftertaste.

It has achieved 95 points from Decanter and a rating of 4.6 stars on Vivino.

Serve the wine at a temperature of 15-17 degrees. It is an excellent choice with beef, game or mature cheeses, but can also be enjoyed on its own. It is recommended to decant the wine an hour before serving.
