The wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks using punch-downs and pump-overs. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, of which 60% are new and 40% are used. The flavor profile offers notes of dark cherries, violets, herbs and leather. It has a complex flavor with nuances of dark berries and plum, as well as impressive length, freshness and balance. 40 cases were sold at the CWG Auction in 2018. The wine is ready to drink now and can be enjoyed for the next 5-10 years.
