Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Domaine de la Cote de l'Ange is a traditional wine that presents a deep color and a complex aroma of dark berries and dried spices. The taste is rich and full-bodied with notes of dark fruit and spices, perfectly balanced with tannins and acidity, making it suitable for hearty meals.
The wine is composed of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre, grown on sandy soil with large stones, which ensures optimal ripening. The vines are on average 40 years old and are grown using sustainable methods. The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed before fermentation, and half of the wine is aged in large oak barrels for 12 months.
