Cà del Pazzo is an exquisite wine from Caparzo and San Piero Caselle, introduced in 1982. As one of the early Super Tuscans from the Brunello region, it is produced only in the most excellent vintages. The wine presents a deep dark red color with subtle purple hues. The aroma is rich in blackberries, wild cherries and English liquorice. The taste is dry, warm and velvety, with notes of roasted almonds and vanilla. The finish is both delicate and sophisticated.
