"Two Anadigna wines from the 2023 vintage have landed, and while one is aged sobre lías (i.e. on the yeast residue), this one is created in a traditional and completely pure way. It gives an incredibly beautiful and pure acidity that makes it seem untouched and natural. You could call it uncomplicated, but if you delve deeper into the beautiful acidity and lightness, there are lots of crisp and juicy nuances to discover. Very suitable for light dishes with shellfish or the like – if it's based on fattier fish, you might want to go with the sobre lías variant. This Tradicional makes your mouth water, and it grows into an experience where the temptation for another glass is greater than I can resist."

"Rias Baixas is an incredibly exciting area for me - you find it in northern Spain, where it is full of small fishing boats that come in every day with a cargo full of shellfish. In addition, there are an incredible number of small winegrowers who proudly grow the Albarino grape. One of them is Anadigna, which makes excellent Albarino. This has a wonderful aroma of citrus, grape, blood orange, seashells, sea and salt. In the mouth it is acidic - has lots of minerality, but you also sense some fullness and fatness - a lovely glass with lots of authenticity"
