Bendito La Chispa Negra 2009 is a fine wine from the Toro region of Spain, made exclusively from Tinta de Toro grapes. After harvest, the grapes are dried to achieve a natural concentration and the wine is aged for two years in old French oak barrels. With an alcohol content of 14.5% and a limited production of between 600 and 1000 bottles, this wine is only available in the best vintages. Please note; 0.5L.
The wine has a style reminiscent of port, with flavors of raisins, blueberries, figs, sweet liquorice, cocoa, caramel, tobacco and plums. It is fresher than traditional port thanks to the natural acidity and tannins of the Tinta de Toro grape.
Perfect to enjoy with chocolate, brownie, nut pie or alone for an unexpectedly good wine experience.
