Muga Blanco is a renowned white wine from the Rioja region, composed of 90% Viura and 10% Malvasía. The wine undergoes a slow fermentation in new French oak barrels and then matures for 3 months with fine yeast residues, resulting in a fresh and delicate flavor profile. It presents itself with a brilliant yellow hue with golden reflections and a fruity aroma of green apples, citrus fruits and a hint of oak. The taste is juicy and well-balanced, with a long-lasting aftertaste of honey and vanilla. Ideal to accompany fish dishes, charcuterie and tapas. Should be served at 8-10 degrees, but can also be aged for up to 10 years.
