Mr. Skov finds his inspiration in nature and uses natural and wild ingredients.

Rosé liqueur is Mr. Skov's summer drink, which is only available in our range during the summer months.

Mr. Skov's rosé liqueur is made from Danish strawberries and wild buckthorn.

It has a sweet and refreshing taste. We recommend serving it cold.

Try mixing the rosé liqueur with rosé wine or champagne for a light and simple welcome drink that your guests will love!

Ingredients

Made from Danish strawberries and wild sea buckthorn

Drink with Rosé liqueur
(for 1 drink)

You need this.

1 large cocktail glass

Lots of ice cubes

4 cl. Rosé liqueur

120 ml tonic (we recommend a neutral tonic such as Mediterranean from Fever-Tree to highlight the liqueur's flavor notes).

How to do it

  1. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 4 cl. Rosé liqueur into the glass.
  3. Top with tonic water.
  4. Decorate with garnish and straw of your choice.

TIP: Fill the glass completely with ice to keep the drink colder longer and prevent the ice from melting quickly.

Points explained

Understand our wine points system

When you buy wine from us, we want to give you the best possible guidance to find the perfect bottle. The points system is a guide to the quality of the wines we have carefully selected, and we use some of the most recognized reviewers in the wine world. Here you can read how the different reviewers rate wines, and how we ourselves have a special DH Wines Score for the wines we sell.

Vivino
Vivino is one of the world's largest wine platforms, where millions of users rate and review wine. Vivino's rating system ranges from 1 to 5 stars, where the ratings reflect both taste experiences and the users' personal preferences. The higher the star rating, the better the wine is rated by Vivino's many users.

Wine Enthusiast
Wine Enthusiast is an internationally recognized wine publication that rates wines on a 100-point scale. Wines scoring between 90-100 are considered excellent to excellent, while 80-89 indicates a good to very good wine. Wine Enthusiast has expert tasters who focus on the wine's flavor, complexity, and balance.

Robert Parker
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate is known for its rigorous and accurate wine ratings. Scores are given on a 100-point scale, with 96-100 denoting an exceptional wine, 90-95 an excellent wine, and 80-89 a good to very good wine. Robert Parker's ratings are considered some of the most credible in the industry.

James Suckling
