Mr. Skov – Christmas Mulled Wine Extract is a luxurious and handmade mulled wine essence, created for those who appreciate true Christmas spirit and uncompromising quality. It is produced by Mr. Skov in Blåvand, where the flavors of nature and local ingredients are combined with classic Christmas traditions and a modern gourmet expression.

This mulled wine extract is made from a base of red wine and spices such as cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom and orange peel , which are gently boiled together to bring out the deep, warm and spicy flavour notes. The result is a concentrated, aromatic and full-bodied essence , where sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced, and where the scent alone brings to mind Christmas, snow and candles.

The mulled wine extract can be mixed with red wine for a classic version , or with apple juice, port wine or rum for a more personal and full-bodied variant. It is easy to use , and just a small amount gives a round and harmonious mulled wine with beautiful color and depth.

The aroma reveals ripe fruits, warm spices and a hint of orange , while the taste is intense, sweet and elegantly spicy – ​​exactly as a real Christmas mulled wine should be.
