Hr. Skov Vadehavs Gløgg Eskrakt is a handmade, exclusive mulled wine essence from the West Jutland gourmet brand Hr. Skov, inspired by nature and the flavors of the Wadden Sea . The product is created with a focus on natural ingredients, pure flavor nuances and a refined balance between sweetness, spices and fruitiness .

The mulled wine extract is based on dark berries and selected spices such as cinnamon, cloves, star anise and cardamom, which together give a deep and warm aromatic character . It has a touch of orange and local herbs , which add freshness and a slightly salty minerality - a discreet tribute to the special climate of the Wadden Sea.

The extract is concentrated and simply needs to be mixed with red wine (or apple juice, if you want a non-alcoholic version). The result is an intense, spicy and well-balanced mulled wine that exudes Christmas, nature and Danish craftsmanship.

Serving:
Heat gently (do not boil) and serve with raisins and almonds. Perfect for Advent, Christmas markets or after a cold winter walk in nature.

Recipe:

Hot mulled wine:

1 fl. Mulled wine and 1 - 1.5 fl. white wine are heated together - if desired, add a little Mr. Skov Christmas schnapps.

Alcohol-free:

1 fl. Mulled wine extract mixed with 1 l. good apple juice - enjoy hot or cold.

Welcome drink:

Mix 4 cl mulled wine, 1.5 dl sparkling water, 2 cl Mr. Skov Christmas spirit and enjoy chilled.

At Mr. Skov they make delicacies from wild herbs and berries, such as ramsons, rose hips, aronia, porcini, heather and many many more. These wild ingredients are picked throughout Jutland from areas that have never been cultivated or sprayed. They cannot be ORGANIC CERTIFIED, as these wild ingredients cannot be put into a spreadsheet - but they are 100% NATURAL. All other of our ingredients are mainly from Danish producers, who have the same vision as us of making the very best product.
