The points system is a guide to the quality of the wines we have carefully selected, and we use some of the most recognized reviewers in the wine world. Here you can read how the different reviewers rate wines, and how we ourselves have a special DH Wines Score for the wines we sell.

Vivino
Vivino is one of the world's largest wine platforms, where millions of users rate and review wine. Vivino's rating system ranges from 1 to 5 stars, where the ratings reflect both taste experiences and the users' personal preferences. The higher the star rating, the better the wine is rated by Vivino's many users.

Wine Enthusiast
Wine Enthusiast is an internationally recognized wine publication that rates wines on a 100-point scale. Wines scoring between 90-100 are considered excellent to excellent, while 80-89 indicates a good to very good wine. Wine Enthusiast has expert tasters who focus on the wine's flavor, complexity, and balance.

Robert Parker
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate is known for its rigorous and accurate wine ratings. Scores are given on a 100-point scale, with 96-100 denoting an exceptional wine, 90-95 an excellent wine, and 80-89 a good to very good wine. Robert Parker's ratings are considered some of the most credible in the industry.

James Suckling
James Suckling is a renowned wine writer and critic who also uses the 100-point scale. He is known for his extensive experience and his ability to spot exceptional wines. A score of 95+ means the wine is fantastic, while wines in the 90-94 category are very good and recommendable.

VinAvisen is a Danish wine review platform that rates wines with stars from 1 to 5. It is known for its credibility and independence and rates wines primarily for Danish consumers. A wine with 5 stars is of high quality, while 3-4 stars indicate a really good wine for the price.
