Styles and grape varieties on offer

  • Chardonnay : Both fresh, steel-fermented varieties and more complex bottles with barrel, lees contact and aging.
  • Sauvignon Blanc : Freshness, citrus and green notes – especially from Loire, Marlborough and Elgin.
  • Riesling : German and Austrian Riesling with acidity, minerality and aroma – dry to semi-sweet styles.
  • Chenin Blanc : From classic Loire to full-bodied South African versions – both steel tank and barrel.

What type of white wine is best for food?
